Smoked Salmon Devilled Eggs
Appetizer/Tapas

1) Hard boil 1 dozen eggs
2) Peel eggs, slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a mixing bowl. Set aside the egg white boats.

Filling –  Mix Together:

1) egg yolks

2) 1 cup chopped smoked salmon

3) 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (enough to blend well with salmon)
(I have used Creme de Malagueta chilli cream from Portugal. It’s fabulous!)

4) 2 medium shallots (Minced and sautéed in butter.) Can also substitute green onion or any other onion you have on hand.

Combine the above and spoon mixture into the egg white boats.

So delicious!
