Shipping and Returns

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We will gladly exchange, your purchase when it is returned to us in saleable condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. (Certain exclusions apply.) Proof of purchase is required. Merchandise must be in saleable condition, unless defective when sold, and all tickets must be attached to each item. Simply follow the guidelines below.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Sales to individuals whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchases are final sales. No exchange or return privileges will be granted.

In Store Returns

At this time we do not offer in-store returns. All purchases made through this website must be shipped.

Returns to Retails

Purchases made through a retailer carrying our line must be made at the point of sale. We do not take responsibility for any distributors, or retailers policies.
